Unit is in good cosmetic condition with regular marks and scratches on the surface. It powers, self test and reads ready. I took some screen shots of various screens, please review the pictures posted. The DOM on it is 2003. This is from a government surplus. This has only been tested with power as seen in the pictures and you are guarantee to receive exactly that. Beyond that this unit is sold as is. Meaning when you receive this item if it needs to be serviced or calibrated, it will be your responsibility at your own cost and not a reason to ask for a return.
