What we use your information for.

Generally this information is requested when you sign up to our selling services. Any personal information requested from you are primarily for identity verification and are not kept. They are used to:

  • To identify you
  • To sell with us, we generally ask you to provide a copy of your driver's license and a current utility bill no older than six months. we do this to keep everyone's identity in sync. we do not want somebody else using your name and account.
In every society, administration, and organization rules are necessary to maintain stability between leaders and groups of people; and between people and people. The way our rules are designed is set to guide you and help us manage the system better. We want you to feel welcome and not being dictated or tricked with complicated rules. What we ask are basic requirements that are integrated in our Terms & Conditions, which allow us to identify you and ensure that fraudulent activities are avoided.
To sell with us, we require every member to be properly registered by providing verifiable identification. For the verification process we require that you provide a copy of your driver's license and a current utility bill no older than six months ol. As a general rule, all users are obligated to provide honest and verifiable information when registering with us, failure to do so may result in indefinite termination. When you register with us, you agree to be the sole user of your account. You are however responsible to safeguard your user name and password. We encourage sellers to keep a safe and honest selling environment so that both buyers and sellers are comfortable doing business together. We prohibit sellers from engaging in fraudulent activities such as listing items they don't have, listing known stolen goods, or trying to defraud buyers out of paying more for a transaction by imposing additional fees after the listing ended. We encourage sellers to display professionalism, however we don't believe the performance of a seller should be based on percentage feedback receive from other members. Although your selling reputation may be displayed based on buyers' feedback, our evaluation is based on the percentage of your total revenue for every quarter.
Prohibited Items
We prohibit the sale of alcohol (except empty bottles), drug paraphernalia, fire arms and ammunition, tobacco, and ads soliciting sexual related activities; and any other related items or services that are prohibited by applicable laws or that require special licensing.
Buying are part of our key revenues and that's why we encourage buyers to buy smart, be on the look out for suspicious and fraudulant activities, and be cautious. we set rules and regulations but we can't always catch everything. We are devoted to protect you and your transaction. However we also have rules for buyers. Unlike some other websites that let buyers defraud sellers, on our website we strongly prohibit that. If you buy an item from another member and want to return it for whatever the reason maybe, you must respect the seller's return policy. If you request to return an item after the return deadline is expired, it is at the seller's discretion whether or not to let you return the item. If the seller provide proof of the delivery confirmation and you did send an email asking to return the item within the return period, we cannot take action against the seller. we want to make sure that sellers are equally protected and are treated fairly. If a seller list an item with these terms: salvage, as is, and no return; you can't ask us to penalize the sellers because he/she doesn't accept your request for return. We emphatically prohibit buyers who buy items with malicious intention to either swap parts out from items like electronics and computers or exchange the item with a similar defective items to defraud sellers. If our investigation prove the allegations to be true, you will be indefinitely terminated and may be subject to legal action.
